Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item we will gladly exchange for another item of equal value within 14 days of sale. Any jewellery that has been personalized, worn, altered or resized will not be exchanged.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us at service@josefryandiamonds.com within 14 days of delivery for a replacement. Your item must be unused and in its original condition, original packaging, unaltered from its original state. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.

Our return policy excludes coverage due to wear and tear and/or negligence. 

Any repairs or work not done by Josef Ryan Diamonds fine jewellery will void this policy.

This warranty does not cover loss, accidental breakage and general wear and tear. 

Special order items are exempt from this policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back unless you contact us first.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Warranty Return

Josef Ryan Diamonds will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 14 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Josef Ryan Diamonds to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once a warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in-store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Referral items

If you purchased an item using a referral link, we charge you $15 for the return. 

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@josefryandiamonds.com and send your item to our mailing address.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to our mailing address. For more info send us an email at service@josefryandiamonds.com .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
